Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), India's premier education board, was founded in 1921 with the aim to introduce standards and regulations in the country's education system. Additionally, the teachers also prepare questions on the subject with increasing difficulty levels based on the nature of each students' errors. The rank-based evaluation system, wherein students' ranks reflect their relative performance, is a critical tool in the preparation for all competitive examinations including those at state, national, and international levels. It affords students several opportunities to assess their rank among their peers and also put together and appraise strategies for improving their performance.

b. Yoga, meditation, and counselling: The Narayana Group's schools and institutes provide training in various relaxation techniques, yoga, and meditation to students in order to bolster their routines. The training, provided to students for three hours every week, allows them to cope with their academic regimens.
