In JEE Advanced 2022, AP’s Lohith Reddy won AIR 2. His brother, who won AIR 5 last year, serves as his inspiration

In the most recent Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced results, which were released today, September 11, Polu Lakshmi Sai Lohith Reddy of Ongole, Andhra Pradesh, came in at AIR (All India Rank) 2. His sibling received an AIR 5 in JEE Advanced the previous year. Their parents are quite thrilled. Two JEE Advanced high scorers from the same family are overjoyed, claims Lohith.

In truth, Lohith had drawn inspiration from his brother. He claims that “he has always inspired me to be better than him.”

In terms of studying, Lohith would play table tennis to unwind after ten to twelve hours a day of “serious” study. He had to take a ten-minute break every two hours, then he had to start studying again.

Lohith states that he anticipated reaching the top ten when asked what rank he was anticipating. The paper was challenging, but I got an excellent grade, he claims. He intends to major in computer science and work as a software engineer at IIT Bombay.

The two sound advice that a Narayana Group of Institutions student has for any future JEE applicants is as follows:

1. Try to concentrate more on comprehending the idea than on passing numerous tests. Keep in mind that the JEE paper always assesses your conceptual comprehension.
2. Consistently read the NCERT texts. It is crucial, particularly for Chemistry. Don’t believe they are books for only intermediate readers. Definitely read it more than once.
