Mr. Vishwanath Pandey, Principal of Narayana School – Maheshtala, Kolkata, is an accomplished and visionary academic leader with over 16 years of experience in the education sector. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Education from Mangalayatan University, he holds multiple qualifications including M.Ed. (Sikkim University), M.Com, B.Ed., and two Postgraduate Diplomas in School Leadership & Management and International Business Operations from IGNOU. He is also a Certified Career & College Counsellor (IC3 Institute) and has earned several certifications in leadership, ICT, and child protection. Mr. Pandey has served in a wide range of educational roles across both residential and day schools in India, including Principal, Vice Principal, Dean of Commerce, Head of Department – Commerce, Hostel Superintendent, and House Master. As an Examiner and Supervising Examiner for ICSE and ISC, he has played a key role in upholding academic standards. His leadership is rooted in innovation, discipline, and student development. He is the winner of the IIHM Teacher Chef India Schools (East Zone) – 2019, and has co-authored two academic books (2025).
