Mrs. H. Laxmi Principal, West Point Narayana School, Darjeeling, has completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) in History and Public Administration and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.). She is an experienced educationist with over 38 years of experience and dedicated service in the field of education. During this tenure she has served as an observer for Class X/XII C.B.S.E. Board Examination and JEE (Mains). She has acted as the Centre Superintendent since 2018 for the C.B.S.E. Board Examination and has served as a member of the C.B.S.E. School Affiliation committee since 2018. She has received the Best/Exceptional Principal’s Award from many reputed organizations. She has dedicated her career to nurturing academic excellence and fostering holistic student development. She believes in leading by example and creating an environment that is both welcoming to learning and conducive to academic success. Her constant endeavour has been to inspire educators, empower learners, and uphold the values of discipline, responsibility, and excellence. She believes that the recognition she has garnered so far is not just her personal accolades but a reflection of the collaborative efforts of the dedicated teams and institutions she has had the privilege to serve.
