Ms. Anwiksha Chatterjee, Principal of Narayana School – Ranaghat, is a psychologist and educator with over 20 years of experience, including 8 years as a principal. A Ph.D. scholar in Psychology, she holds multiple degrees including an M.Sc. in Psychology, M.A. in Public Administration, and diplomas in school leadership and family engagement. She was selected as a Field Investigator for the National Achievement Survey by the Ministry of Education and has been widely recognized with awards such as the Shree Dharitri Award (2021 & 2022), Teacher of the Year (5 times), and Best Principal (3 times). Her leadership combines academic excellence with emotional intelligence to foster holistic student growth.
