PROPOSED CLUBS

The Nature Club of Narayana Group of Schools Madhanandapuram aims to instil in youngsters a love and respect for the natural environment. We believe it is critical that young people understand the importance of sustainability and environmental protection.

The club organises a variety of activities throughout the year to raise awareness about environmental issues. These activities include tree planting, park and beach maintenance, and the establishment of educational programmes. Students are also encouraged to participate in programmes that promote environmentally responsible living.

The Science Club at Narayana Schools is designed to spark interest in scientific matters and research among students. Here, we perform engaging and exciting activities to make learning complicated subjects’ fun and memorable.

Computer science has become one of the most popular subject in schools due to its high prospects and demand. In our Coding Club at Narayana, we encourage our students to learn and develop an interest in computer programming and eventually build a successful career.

The Drama Club is a great place for students to learn the skill of improvisation. This skill can help them in many areas of their lives, such as communication, presentation, and problem-solving.

The purpose of our proposed Performing Arts Club is to bring out the hidden talents of our students. We aim to build more than just toppers. Hence, boosting and nurturing their artistic and creative sides is equally important to us. Added to that, dance, drama, music, etc., also help relax their brains.

Following are some of the activities performed at our Arts Club:

â—Ź        Dance

â—Ź        Theatre or drama

â—Ź        Vocal music

â—Ź        Instrumental music (guitar, violin, drums, flute, synthesiser, mouth organ, tabla)

With increasing pollution, depletion of resources, and damage done to our planets, it is important that we instil a sense of awareness and responsibility towards environmental issues in our students from an early age. Keeping this in mind, we have proposed the foundation of the Eco Club at Narayana.

Apart from raising awareness, they will also be able to be a part of responsible activities such as recycling, planting trees, and composting.

Here are some of the activities offered under Eco Club:

  • Science club
  • Recycling waste material

Tech Club will provide tech aspirants with the right resources to keep tabs on the latest technological advancements, build and develop their skills, and get to know other students who share the same passion.

Some of the activities at Tech Club include:

â—Ź        Robotics

â—Ź        Coding

â—Ź        Gaming

â—Ź        Web development

Art and craft clubs offer students an enjoyable and imaginative avenue for self-expression, enabling them to unwind and manage the pressures of academics through the creation of novel and inventive projects. Engaging in such activities also cultivates their capacity for original thinking, a skill that can be seamlessly integrated into their educational pursuits and professional endeavours.

Some things that our students can learn and practise at Creative Pod are:

â—Ź        Pottery

â—Ź        Art

â—Ź        Craft

We want our students to lead a successful life, not only have a successful career. Hence, we aim to build skills that will help them succeed in various aspects of their lives. In Social Construct, Guide Club, our students learn essential skills such as communication, decision-making, problem-solving, etc., through the following activities:
