    Clear understanding of concepts on subjects or course. Teaching shall not be on syllabus based it shall be course or topic based rightfrom scratch full level I.e one step higher I.e if studying sr secdy, the students should understand the concept to a level of under graduate depth on each subject and students have self confidence thus reducing exam stress
