  1. Our children’s health and well-being are just as important. It’s reassuring to see the school creating awareness about climate change and its impact on learning. Together, schools and families can help our children stay safe, healthy, and prepared for the future.

  2. It’s serious issue for India especially, not only child post COVID from age 0-85+ we all are facing serious health and hygienic air, water , environment and shortages of open space.
    1. Due to urbanization , we destroyed 60% agricultural land , cutting old trees across India ,selling forest , mountains narrowing rivers mere to increase some business houses business and for political gain. Today on the name of urbanization we lives in concrete jungle having no place for children to play. Everything is ercoal now..
    I propose Govt. Of India following initiatives
    1. One family one residence policy. Have green house instead of concrete. Every house owner must plant atleast 10 trees . Like neem ,sheesham , rubber tree , mango etc. regular accessment shall be done by agricultural and environment department. This policy should be documented those who are doing job or have business. Tax benefits citizens will get .
    2. After every 50 house either row house ,bunglow flats 2acres land town planning should make for garden , having swimming pool, loan tennis, badminton,volleyball, walk way and plantation for 50 families. Same shall be maintained by these 50 houses on random basis from cleanliness to gardening etc
    3. Internet restriction is must , auto jammer application in mobile and laptop needed . Not more then 1 hr uses policy on mobile by individual.use phone as phone. To reduce internet generated heat,which warms our climate. Cause headache, made children arrogant disobedient, cause lack of focus in studies. This should be done with immediate effect.
    4. One cannotcit trees without forest department permission. Heavy penalitu of 3 lakhs to 10 lakhs and 10 years jail. If we do plantation and maintain greenery, this will help to cool down environment.
    5. Unoccupied flats building bunglows must be demolished or opened up for those who do not have home.
    6. Promote agriculture and teach students about plantation , if possible schoolsshould use mud and clay made classroom as gurukul system.
    7. Save rivers do not allow any construction at least 1.5 km near riverside.
    Make it green zone
    8. Every society must have their waste management system and rain water harvesting system along with kitchen drainage water purifier for water supply to neighbouring trees, vegetables, flower beds , grass etc

    I m pleased that you are creating awareness about changing climate and hot temperatures ..I would like to bring to your awareness that in a hot humid equatorial zone like Chennai south India ,,school uniform with full hand, pants and blazers ADD to all the above health risks. Whole India climate varies so uniform for each city has to vary accordingly .Requesting you to look and consider cotton half sleeves or T shirt type uniform for South India
