This year’s theme for International Women’s Day 2024 revolves around – “Inspire Inclusion, Invest in Women and Accelerate Progress”.

Hence, while talking about the occasion, one of the stakeholders, expressed, “as an HR manager at Narayana, I strive to ensure equal opportunities for advancement and recognition are offered to women, promoting a culture of inclusivity and diversity”. Another stakeholder quoted, “since I was a child, I have been passionate about sports. Today, I’m proud to stand here as a Physical Education Trainer at Narayana, living my dream. I commit myself to inspiring the next generation to chase their dreams with fervour and dedication”.
Dr. P Sindhura, Director of Narayana Educational Institutions, emphasized the significance of International Women’s Day 2024 and said, “At Narayana, we take pride in the fact that more than 50% of our workforce comprises of resilient, skilled, and committed women. We acknowledge that women exhibit remarkable multitasking skills, gracefully managing diverse responsibilities while pursuing their own goals and supporting others’ dreams.
She further added that, “International Women’s Day reminds us of the invaluable contributions women make to our world. Let’s celebrate their achievements and continue working towards a future where every woman has the opportunity to shine bright and reach her full potential”.
